Return And Warranty Policy
LIFETIME WARRANTY
We are offering lifetime warranty on replacement screens/displays, small repair parts and
components. Physical damage on the parts waives the warranty. (e.g. broken glass, ripped flex,
inside LCD damage). Hard OLED Panel inside cracks are covered by the warranty. Cases,
chargers, cables all other tools and accessories are subject to 30-day return policy.
If you received physically damaged products through the delivery process simply take a picture
and email to
defectives@mobilenzo.com
with your company info and invoice number within 7
days from the delivery date and your claimed products can be replaced.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
Simply ship out the defective products to us with your company information on it. We will
check/test and send you a report. We will ship the replacement parts the day after testing is
completed. If the replacement part is out of stock or you don’t prefer a replacement, a credit
will be created in your account by the selling price of the items at the refund date.
NO RESTOCKING FEE
Defective products are our responsibility. You will not be charged any restocking fee for your
defective returns.
