Return Policy

In the event of a return or exchange from one of our items, we don't go through with RMA forms. You are more than welcome to ship your order back to us to our corporate address, indicate your company info, and we'll get straight back to you with your credited item within 24 hours of the receiving. 

 

Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of merchandise arrival. The customer is responsible for return shipping. The items must be unused and unaltered. We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged during transit or after order arrival.

 

If you've purchased an item from us in the past, we offer refunds based on the up-to-date selling price of the item. This is because the price of the product has been reduced due to phone model age, part exclusivity, and our stock levels.

 

Unwanted or 'Customer Changed Mind' orders will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise MUST be in unused and unaltered conditions.

 

Note: ALL items have Unique Identifiers to track our own inventory. If a return does not have a UI available on arrival to our Corporate office, we will not issue a refund.
